ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave.
2. The jail remarks indicate that the petitioner was released by an order dated 19.06.2023 for a period of 21 days, but absconded for 636 days, before being arrested by the police. Moreover, the applicant’s jail conduct has not been good. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
