1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking furlough leave.
2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, including the jail remarks, as well as the grounds mentioned in the petition, it appears that the applicant has been recently released on bail for seven days in September, 2026; and that the order passed by the authority does not require any interference; and that no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on furlough leave. The application is rejected, accordingly.
