ORAL ORDER

1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking furlough leave.

2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, including the jail remarks, as well as the grounds mentioned in the petition, it appears that the applicant has been released on furlough leave for seven days in April, 2026; and that his jail conduct is not good; and that the order passed by the authority does not require any interference; and that no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on furlough leave. The application is rejected, accordingly.

3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority. (SANJEEV J.THAKER,J) M.H. DAVE/50
