1. We have heard learned counsel Ms. Binni B. Desai, Mr. Divyang A. Joshi and Ms. Vrunda Shah, learned APP for the respective parties.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 22.09.2026, the corpus aged about 20 years, daughter of the petitioner, has been brought before this Court and upon enquiry, we found that, she had voluntarily left the house and now living with the private respondent in live-in.
