1. This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave to enable the applicant to file an appeal.
2. None present for the applicant when the matter was called out.
3. Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and perused the papers available on record.
4. The jail remarks indicate that the petitioner was released on parole leave 03.06.2025, and furlough leave on 16.10.2025 to 29.10.255 for a period of 14 days. Additionally, there are no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
