ORAL ORDER
1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that earlier when the applicant was released on temporary bail from 04.08.2022 to 12.08.2022, he was absconding for 465 days, and thereafter, arrested by the Police on 22.11.2023. The jail conduct of the applicant is also not good. No Justifiable reasons have been given in the application for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
