ORAL ORDER

1. Heard Mr. L. B. Dabhi, learned APP for the applicant.
2. The instant application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 228 days in preferring the Appeal.
3. Considering the averments made in this application, this Court is of the opinion that delay of 228 days caused in preferring the Appeal deserves to be condoned.
