ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE GITA GOPI) Report of Police Inspector, Kapurai Police Station, Vadodara city is produced, which is taken on record. As per the report, at present, the applicant is presently in jail and there is no proposal sent for proceedings against the applicant under the PASA Act. The report shows reference of FIR no. 11196043260489/2026 registered with Kapurai Police Station for the offence under Sections 65(a)(e), 116(b), 81, 83, 98(2) of the Prohibition Act and Section 111(3)(4) of BNS. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as premature. However, in case of change of circumstances, the applicant may proceed in accordance with law.
