ORAL ORDER
1. These petitions, through jail, have been filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to his family.
2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent – State.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, more particularly, the grounds mentioned therein as well as the jail remarks, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the present petitioner.
4. The petitions, therefore, succeed and are partly allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of
R/SCR.A/14540/2026 ORDER DATED: 08/10/2026 (GJHC240760802026) ONE WEEK from the date of his actual release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in each case to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority on usual terms and conditions and with a further direction that the petitioner shall forthwith surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the parole leave period.
