ORAL ORDER
1. The present petition has been preferred for regularization of ten days of late surrender by the petitioner.
2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.
3. Having heard learned counsels on both the sides and considering the averments made in the petition, more particularly the grounds mentioned therein as also the period of late surrender, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant.
4. Hence, this application is allowed and the period of late surrender, as prayed for, is hereby regularized. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Registry to communicate this order to the
