ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE GITA GOPI) Report of Police Inspector, Kapurai Police Station, Vadodara City is produced, which is taken on record. As per the report, at present, the applicant is yet to be arrested and the authority has proposed to proceed against the applicant under the PASA Act. Learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, in case of change of circumstances, the applicant may proceed in accordance with law.
