ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave so as to enable the petitioner to file an appeal.
2. Considering the facts of the present case, the present applicant has filed the present application to file an appeal against the conviction order passed on 08.08.2025. From the jail remarks, it appears that the present applicant was released on furlough leave from 12.10.2025 to 25.10.2025 and parole leave from 03.04.2026 to 12.04.2026. Moreover, no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
