ORDER
Filing of affidavit along with restoration application by the officer of the insurance company is dispensed with. Draft amendment is allowed. Amendment to be carried out in due course. Considering the facts stated in the application, present Application is required to be allowed and the same is allowed and main matter is restored to its original file on condition to remove office objection within a week from today, failing which, present proceedings shall stand dismissed for default for non-removal of office objection without referring the matter to the Court.
