ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA)
The direction contained in the order was for the Municipality to forward the proposal to the State Government and for the State Government to take a decision.
Ms. Bhumi Gandhi, learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record the decision taken by the State Government on the said proposal, wherein the State Government has, in fact, rejected the proposal.
In the light of the above, the order stands complied with. The contempt proceedings stand closed. Notice is discharged.
