ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA)
1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that by over-sight, the order was passed by respondent No.1 without hearing the petitioners. She submits that the order shall stand withdrawn and a fresh order be made after hearing the petitioners. She also submits that the Secretary, Revenue Department will hear the petitioners and thereafter consider the representation and pass a fresh order.
2. In view of the above statement, the contempt proceedings are DROPPED for the present.
3. It is needless to state that the Secretary, Revenue Department shall consider the contentions raised by the
