ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed by the petitioner, through his representative, seeking parole leave.
2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, more particularly, the jail remarks, it appears that the petitioner was recently released from 02.07.2026 to 08.07.2026 for settling the dispute with the original complainant. Earlier when the present applicant was released in the aforesaid period, the present applicant has not stated that any amount has been given by way of settlement to the complainant. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly. (SANJEEV J.THAKER,J) URIL RANA
