ORAL ORDER
1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that when the applicant was lastly released from 01.01.2024 to 09.01.2024 he had absconded for 451 days and thereafter was arrested by the Police, moreover the jail conduct of the applicant is also not good and no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application. Hence, no case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
