ORDER
After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to entertain this application, upon instructions, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission, as sought for, is granted. Present application is disposed of as withdrawn. This Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to file a fresh application before the learned Sessions Court, if trial is not substantially progressed or not expedited.
