ORDER
Learned advocate Mr. Vidit Sharma with learned advocate Mr.Aayush Bhandari has instructions to appear on behalf of the original complainant and that he may be permitted to file his vakalatnama. Permission is granted. Registry to accept the same.
After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to entertain this application, upon instructions, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file afresh application after filing of the charge- sheet. Permission, as sought for, is granted. The present application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty being reserved.
