1. Learned advocate Mr.Sharma has submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to pay the outstanding dues within a period of six months in installment. He has urged that accordingly the matters may be disposed of.
2. Learned AGP Mr.Tanna has no objection to the aforesaid proposal.
3. In view of the consensus of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, and since the petitioners are ready and willing to pay the outstanding dues of the tax liability, the matters stand disposed of. The outstanding dues of the tax liability shall be paid by the petitioners in installments ranging from
