ORDER
After arguing the matter for some time, and as this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars showing the specific period of his travel itinerary and the purpose for which he intends to get his passport back.
