ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking furlough leave.
2. The jail remarks indicate that the petitioner was recently released on parole leave from 03.09.2026 to 09.09.2026 and considering the jail remarks and order passed by the authority and the fact that no justifiable reasons have been given for grant of furlough leave. In view of the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
