ORDER
When the matter is called out the learned Advocate for the applicant remained absent. However, the learned APP for the respondent – State has submitted that the present applicant has been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 19.09.2026, passed in Special POCSO Case No.10 of 2026. Hence, present application is disposed of as having become infructuous. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.
