ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking furlough leave.
2. Considering the fact that when the present applicant was released on temporary bail from 02.09.2026, he has tried to quarrel with the complainant and a complaint to that effect has been filed with Pakhor Police Station on 03.09.2026 and considering the facts of the present case and the order passed by the jail authority dated 19.09.2026 and no justifiable reasons have been given for grant of furlough leave. In view of the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
