ORAL ORDER
1. The application is filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 222 days occurred in filing of the Criminal Appeal No. 15262 of 2026.
2. Mr. Prerak Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondents – accused has opposed the application and submitted that the delay has not been properly explained in the application.
3. Considering the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the averments made in the application, more particularly, the explanation given in paragraphs 3 and 4, this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

4. In view of the above, the delay occurred in filing of the Criminal Appeal No. 15262 of 2026 is hereby condoned.
