ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate Mr. Rituraj Meena for the respondent No.2 states, under instructions, that if the petitioners make a representation on the issue within a period of two weeks from today, the same will be decided, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. In view of the statement made by learned advocate Mr. Meena, learned advocate Mr. Khatana for the petitioners does not press the petition at present with a liberty to revive in case of difficulty.
