ORAL ORDER
1. Present application is filed by the applicant seeking regularization of period of late surrender.
2. Considering the fact that the applicant had surrendered late by 260 days and no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application. Considering the same, no case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
