ORDER
After arguing for sometime, the learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that he does not press the present application at this stage since the trial is at an advanced stage. Permission as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of being not pressed. This Court has not gone into merit of the case. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case as the applicant is an Under Trial Prisoner.
