ORAL ORDER
This application is filed for restoration of the main matter, which was dismissed for default on 19.08.2026, as no one was present. It is required to be noted that earlier also, vide an order dated 04.08.2025, the Coordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the matter as no one was present. The matter was restored to file vide order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.18367 of 2025. Today, learned advocate Ms.Prapti Bhatt for learned advocate Mr.Aditya Bhatt for the applicant, appearing through hybrid mode, has tendered an unconditional apology and has assured this Court that, if the matter is restored,
