ORDER
Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant would submit that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet is filed. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Sessions Court. Permission is granted. Hence, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty being reserved. This Court has not examined the merits of the matter.
