ORAL ORDER
1. Present application has been filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail on the ground of attending the last rites of his mother.
2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent – State.
3. Learned advocate for the applicant states that by an order dated 21.08.2026, the Court granted temporary bail for two days from 22.08.2026 at 11.00 a.m. to 23.08.2026 at 5.00 p.m. including Police protection in connection with an offence registered at Rander Police Station, Surat vide C.R. No.11210050260477 of 2026, states that the said period is over.

4. In view of the same, the application, therefore, succeeds and is partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail from 28.09.2026 at 11.00 a.m. to 30.09.2026 at 5.00 p.m. with Police protection.
