ORAL ORDER
1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the fact that the present applicant has been released on temporary bail on 13.06.2025 and absconding for 61 days, and thereafter, same has been regularized. The jail remarks indicate that the conduct of the applicant is not good. No justifiable reasons have been given for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
