ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. SUPEHIA)
1. Pursuant to the order dated 17.09.2026, the learned AGP has tendered a photo copy of the e-mail along with a communication dated 29.12.2025. It is submitted that in fact false assertion has been made before this Court that the petitioner has not been supplied the aforesaid communication.
2. When this fact was pointed out to learned advocate Mr.Gupta, he fairly conceded that he cannot controvert the aforesaid fact of supplying the communication dated 29.12.2025 and he has urged that the petitioner may be granted a liberty to withdraw the present writ petition.
