ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ILESH J. VORA)
1. By this application, the applicant-State has prayed for condonation of delay of 221 days in preferring the criminal appeal.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and considering the averments made in the application, the applicant has established sufficient cause and therefore, delay in preferring the criminal appeal deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned.
