ORAL ORDER

1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave.

2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, including the jail remarks, as well as the grounds mentioned in the petition, it appears that no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on parole leave; and that he was absconded earlier twice; and that as per the jail remarks, his jail conduct is not good. The application is rejected, accordingly.

3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority. (SANJEEV J.THAKER,J) M.H. DAVE/49
