ORAL ORDER
1. Learned advocate Mr. Manan K. Paneri for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the applicant has expired on 03.06.2026 and in support his submission, learned advocate has produced a copy of the death certificate issued by Sub-Registrar, Birth & Death, Nagar Panchayat Ranapur, Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, which is taken on record.
