ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA) Learned AGP, on instructions of ACF- Manish R. Odedra, Junagadh Forest Division, Junagadh, submits that the State is in the process of complying with the order and the order will be complied in full within a period of six weeks from today. Recording the said statement, the proceedings are dropped. It is, however, made clear that if the said statement is not adhered to, the State will be imposed with the costs Rs.25,000/-.
