ORAL ORDER
1. This application is filed by the applicant, through jail for temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance to the family.
2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, more particularly, considering the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant was released in the month of February, 2025 and he surrendered late by five days, though it was regularized later and also that his jail conduct is not good and no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on temporary bail.
