ORAL ORDER
1. Learned advocate Ms. Vyas submits that despite the order is passed on 02.05.2025 allowing the present petitioner to produce the judgment on record vide order dated 21.08.2026, the application which is filed below Exh.11 to peruse the said judgment which is rendered in CC No.1195 of 2017 was rejected. It appears that the Appellate Court has already permitted the present petitioner to produce that judgment i.e. CC No.1195 of 2017 dated 29.12.2018, therefore, it is expected from the learned Appellate Court to consider the judgment while passing the order in appeal.
2. In that background, the present petition is disposed of accordingly.
