ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed by the petitioner for grant of parole leave.
2. From the record, it transpires that the application for parole leave of the petitioner is pending decision before the concerned authority.
3. In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application in view of the fact that the concerned authority to decide the said application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
