ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA) Learned AGP submits that, in compliance with the order, a notification has already been issued by the government, signifying that the State is in the process of complying with the order. He submits that, under the impugned order, the State still has five weeks’ time to comply with the order. He states that the State shall comply with the order within a period of five weeks. In view of the aforesaid statement, the contempt proceedings are closed. It is needless to state that it
