ORDER
After arguing for sometime, the learned Advocate for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. This Court has not gone into merit of the case. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case since the applicant is an Under Trial Prisoner.
