ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave.
2. The jail remarks indicate that the petitioner was recently released on parole leave from 10.01.2026 to 30.01.2026 and was released on furlough leave from 26.08.2026 to 08.09.2026 and no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
