ORAL ORDER
1. This application is filed by the applicant, through his representative for temporary bail on the ground of providing financial assistance to the family.
2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, more particularly, considering the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant was arrested in the month of August, 2025 and also that his jail conduct is not good and no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on temporary bail.
