ORAL ORDER
The registry has circulated the note on the basis of the note filed by the learned counsel for the respondents along with the death certificate of the respondent Ramniklal V. Joshi. It appears that the present appeal is filed by the appellant against the respondent namely Ramniklal and during the pendency of the appeal, respondent Ramniklal expired on 25.12.2024.
