ORAL ORDER
1. The application is filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 01 day occurred in preferring the Criminal Appeal no. 36433 of 2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
3. Considering the averments and explanation given in the application and hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.
