ORAL ORDER
1. The application is filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 119 days occurred in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 03.01.2026 passed by the learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Surat.
2. Heard the Ms. Jyoti Bhatt, learned APP for the applicant. Though notice served, the respondents have chosen not to remain present before this Court.
3. Considering the submissions canvassed by the learned APP and the averments made in the application, more particularly, the explanation given in paragraphs 2 and 3, this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.
4. In view of the above, the delay occurred in preferring the
