ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ILESH J. VORA)
1. We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
2. The corpus as on date is minor. Upon inquiry, she expressed her willingness to live in the Children Home for Girls at Rajkot.
3. In such circumstances, the Officers of the Children Home for Girls, Bhaktinagar Station Plot, Gondal Road, Rajkot is directed to give the shelter to the corpus till further order of this Court.
4. The lady constable accompanied to the corpus shall coordinate with the concerned authority.
