ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ILESH J. VORA)
1. We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
2. The petitioner is father of the corpus. Presently, she is in Children Home, Lunawala, Dist.: Mahisagar.
3. The Corpus has been brought before this Court. Upon inquiry, she has expressed her willingness to live with her parents, who are residing at Dhanpur, Dist.: Dahod.
4. Having regard to the age of the victim and circumstances in which she came into contact with private respondents, we deem it fit to issue direction upon the concerned officer of Children Home, Lunawala, to set her free forthwith. The lady constable accompanied with the corpus shall coordinate with the Children Home Lunawala for the immediate release.

5. Learned APP shall convey the passing of this order to the concerned police station as well as Children Home, Lunawala. The Children Home, Lunawala shall after due verification hand over the custody of the corpus to the petitioner.
