ORDER
1. Learned advocate Mr. Sandip Patel, appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to avail an alternative remedy available to the petitioner and to approach the Election Officer.
2. If the same is permitted in accordance with law, the Election Officer may decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
